1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ComplyHaul you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you may not use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use ComplyHaul you must register an account with accurate and current information, keep your credentials secret, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for legal entities operating road transport businesses in Australia.
3. Subscription Billing
ComplyHaul is provided on a recurring monthly subscription. Available plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Payments are charged automatically by Stripe at the start of each billing period using the payment method on file. Failed payments place your account in a grace period (currently seven days); if not resolved your account moves to read-only.
4. Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial months.
Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate, export, or request deletion. After 30 days we will delete or anonymise the account on request, subject to legal retention obligations.
5. Acceptable Use
You must use ComplyHaul lawfully and in good faith. The full list of prohibited activities is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
ComplyHaul, including the software, design, content, trademarks and documentation, is owned by Speed Transport Solution Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of the data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide the service to you.
7. Compliance & Legal Disclaimer
ComplyHaul is an evidence-management platform. It is not legal, tax or workplace-relations advice. Documents and templates generated by the service are starting points only and must be reviewed by suitably qualified Australian advisors before operational use.
You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk to other customers or to our infrastructure. On termination, the data retention rules in our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Contact Information
Questions about these Terms should be sent to [email protected] or by post to Speed Transport Solution Pty Ltd, 3 Formosa Street, Park Ridge, QLD 4125, Australia.
